Here are the key definitions of the terms related to dual-cryptocurrency products:
“Actual Yield” is an income received by you at the Maturity Date, it is expressed in percentage and used to calculate the Settlement Amount.
“Annualized Yield” is defined as Annualized Yield = (Actual Yield *365) / (Maturity Date - Today)
"Maturity Date" shall mean the date agreed by Parties when the Dual Cryptocurrency Product is due and when Client shall receive the Settlement Amount (in Settlement Cryptocurrency).
"Purchase Amount" shall mean an amount of Cryptocurrency that Client used to purchase a specific Dual Cryptocurrency Product as subject to the limits set by the Company.
"Linked Cryptocurrency" means the Cryptocurrency identified as the Linked Cryptocurrency which is selected by the Client through the Order System.
"Linked Price" means the price identified as the Linked Price in relation to the Dual Cryptocurrency Product.
“Maturity Date” means the date upon which the Dual Currency Linked Product expires.
"Purchase Cryptocurrency" means the currency identified as the Purchase Currency in a Dual Cryptocurrency Product.
"Settlement Amount" shall mean the amount of Cryptocurrency the Client shall receive when the Dual Cryptocurrency Product is due. The Settlement Amount shall be calculated according to the Settlement Formula .
"Settlement Formula" shall mean the formula displayed and selected by you through the Order System. Such formula determines the Settlement Cryptocurrency and Settlement Amount you can expect to receive when the Dual Cryptocurrency Product is due.
"Settlement Cryptocurrency" can either be the Purchase Cryptocurrency or the Linked Cryptocurrency, depending on the price comparison of the Linked Price and the Settlement Price for the Purchase Cryptocurrency pursuant to the Settlement Formula.
"Settlement Price" shall mean the relevant price of either the Purchase Cryptocurrency or Linked Cryptocurrency which should be purchased on the Maturity Date of the Dual Cryptocurrency Product. This price is determined according to the formula selected by you in our Order System and calculated by taking account the 30-minute average of the relevant Settlement Index 30 minutes before 16:00 (UTC+8)hrs on the Maturity Date of the Dual Cryptocurrency Product.
"Settlement Index" The Settlement Index means the price of the Purchase Cryptocurrency or Linked Cryptocurrency obtained from a pricing source by Q9 at its sole discretion such as Deribit or Coinbase Pro (where available).
