Getting started is an easy process which can be done in 5 simple steps:
Step 1: Complete your registration
Complete a 3-step registration. Here you will be able to fill in your personal data, choose an account type, set your password etc.
Step 2: Verify your Identity and Address
Upload the relevant documents to verify your identity and resident address. For more information on the documents needed for verification and the requirements for all uploaded files, please see the videos below.
Step 3: Fund your account
After setting up your trading account, you are free to start trading. If you are a novice trader, you can begin with the demo account, where you work in the same market conditions as with the live account, but with virtual funds instead of real. This is a great opportunity to create and test a trading strategy and prepare yourself to trade the real markets.
If you are experienced trader, you can deposit funds to your account and start trading. Deposits are commission-free. Choose the most convenient deposit method here and make your first trade on the live account today!
Step 4: Download the trading platform

Step 5: Login to MT5
Open the trading platform and click File -> Open to Trade Account.
If you want to open a demo account inside MT5, you can choose Open an account, choose Q9Capital-DemoEU server and click Next. You will be then provided with details of your demo account.
If you have the details of your live trading account click Login to Trade Account, set the Q9Capital-Live server and specify your trading account Login & Password.
You are now ready to start trading!
